Holistic Health & Wellness

Feel Better From the Inside Out.

Health is more than just the absence of pain—it’s how you sleep, how you digest, how you manage stress, and how balanced you feel in your day-to-day life. My approach to holistic care is grounded in listening deeply, treating the root causes of imbalance, and helping your body reset. Whether you’re navigating fatigue, anxiety, or hormonal shifts, we’ll work together to restore your natural rhythm and sense of well-being.

Pain isn’t always physical. Sometimes it shows up as stress, disrupted sleep, digestive discomfort, or a vague sense that something’s just… off. In my practice, I work with people navigating all kinds of challenges—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Some are recovering from illness or burnout. Others are simply looking for a way to feel more balanced, grounded, and well.

These sessions are centered around your overall well-being. We’ll talk about what’s going on in your life—your stress, your habits, your work environment—and I’ll create a treatment plan to meet you there. That may include acupuncture, cupping, herbal liniments, bodywork, or lifestyle support.

Common Concerns I Work With:

  • Stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
  • Fatigue or burnout
  • Sleep issues
  • Digestive discomfort
  • Hormonal balance
  • Immune system support
  • Tech neck, posture-related tension, and overuse from desk work
  • Recovery from surgery, illness, or major life transitions
  • General pain, stiffness, or feeling “stuck” in the body

What To Expect

No two sessions are exactly alike—because no two people are. Some clients are in recovery mode. Others are at the edge of burnout. And some just want to feel more present and alive in their own bodies.

We may use gentle needling, infrared heat, cupping, or simply time to rest and reset the nervous system. This isn’t about fixing one issue. It’s about listening to what your body needs and giving it the space to heal in its own way.

Whole-body wellness isn’t a straight line. But when you feel heard and supported, your body has a way of finding its rhythm again.
